Crisp Chit Malt is a great addition for body, haze stability, as well as promoting head retention and foam. The incredibly low color will not effect the beer color. The perfect addition for any craft beer, but particularly beneficial for hazy brews.
Chit malt is typically used as an adjunct rather than a base malt. While it's lightly malted barley, its primary purpose is to enhance foam stability, body, and mouthfeel without significantly altering the beer's color or flavor. It's often used in conjunction with base malts to achieve these effects.
